STRAWBERRIES with Balsamic vinegar
Ingredients:
Valerian salad (songino) 100 g
Rocket salad 100 g
Strawberries 200 g
Grana Padano DOP 100 g
Balsamic vinegar 40 g
Extra virgin olive oil 50 g
Salt
Black pepper
To prepare the salad with the balsamic strawberries, first wash the valerian under plenty of running fresh water, gently dry it with a clean cloth, then break it with your fingers. Proceed in the same way with the rocket, washing and drying it carefully. Wash the strawberries with cold water and dry them, then cut them in half and in quarters; remove the green leaves and keep aside.
Take a rather large bowl and add the salad and strawberries; then add salt, ground pepper and finely chopped Grana Padano cheese. Season with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of oil, then mix everything gently
